4. Scheduling and Access to Property
When you schedule a service, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including driveways, walkways, exterior spigots, and electrical outlets if needed. You are responsible for securing pets, unlocking gates, and clearing vehicles or personal belongings from the areas to be cleaned.
We will make a reasonable effort to arrive within the arrival window communicated to you. However, weather, traffic, and other unforeseen factors may cause delays. In such cases, we will communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible to reschedule or adjust the time.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you notify us as far in advance as possible. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect our willingness to schedule future appointments.
In rare cases (such as severe weather, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues), we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you promptly and set a new date.
6. Scope of Work and Results
We will perform Services in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for pressure washing and soft washing. However, some stains, discoloration, oxidation, and surface damage may be permanent or only partially correctable. We do not guarantee removal of all stains or defects.
Older or previously damaged surfaces may react unpredictably to cleaning. By authorizing us to proceed, you acknowledge that there is a risk of existing oxidation, paint failure, or other underlying issues becoming more visible after cleaning.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Disclose any known damage, leaks, loose materials, failing paint, or fragile surfaces before work begins.
- Ensure all doors and windows are closed and sealed.
- Move or cover items that could be damaged by water, cleaning solutions, or overspray (such as outdoor cushions, electronics, or decorations).
- Advise us of any areas with sensitive landscaping or delicate plants.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is typically due upon completion of Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the forms of payment communicated on our Site or at the time of scheduling. Late or non-payment may result in additional collection efforts or fees as permitted by law.
For larger commercial projects or recurring service agreements, separate written terms may apply. In the event of any conflict between these online Terms and a signed written agreement, the written agreement will control for that specific project.
